Appeals
My most recent appeal which a wrote in its entirety regarding the discharge of a Special Guardianship order, was heard in the Court of Appeal. I wrote the initial grounds of appeal and skeleton argument, which can be read at Para.44 of the Judgement. My client then instructed a Direct Access Barrister for the Appeal hearing, which was won on all Grounds.
I continued to support my client legally thereafter and my client eventually had her son successfully returned to her care and the SGO discharged.
