A bit about me...

Providing skilled Paralegal Assistance and Support, from a Paralegal with 10 Years Experience
I first took a position as a Paralegal over 13 years ago, although back then my focus rested within the medical negligence sector. Since then I have worked in various sectors across other industries, whilst still working as a freelance Paralegal and continuing my legal studies.

I have undertaken a number of hours of supervised practice (by a qualified Solicitor), which counts towards my qualifying hours to become a Solicitor equivalent via CILEx, should I decide to go this way in future. For now I remain committed to working as a paralegal which comes with many benefits over being a solicitor or equivalent.

I took a year-long break from legal work in 2022 to focus on opening my Early Years play centre in South East London. I am not taking cases on and offering free consultations and, adhoc case work and reviews from November 2024.

I currently work across the UK, with the majority of my work being remote. I am based in London and I am happy to conduct meetings by telephone, ZOOM, MS Teams or in person where appropriate.

In 2013 I completed a Paralegal diploma and, in 2016 I went on to graduate with an Upper Second Class Honours LL.b (qualifying law degree), from the University of London. Shortly after this I completed an MSc in Psychology, with a particular focus on the link between personality disorders and domestic abuse.

I am also a Mother to a young child with additional needs and enjoy the work/ life balance that freelancing gives me as a working parent.

I specialise in Child Act related matters and have experience with both Private and Public Family Law Cases.

I aim to offer a professional yet personable service to my clients and, because I limit my case load to only 4-5 cases at any one time, I can ensure that all of my cases receive the necessary time and attention they need, always going the extra mile.
